Ordering from SPORTIQUE web site is simple and convenient. After selecting your product, click on "BUY" to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all items wishing to purchase. Then click on "SHOPPING CART." At this point, you'll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Fill in your name. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note ! Your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours (business days only) of your order being approved. If an order requires a communication or confirmation from a customer, order processing resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or phone). SPORTIQUE International regrets that it cannot ship to P.O. boxes. International shipping is not available at this time. Please contact sales office in your country. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). When you place an order with SPORTIQUE, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Sales Tax

SPORTIQUE Inc. collects all of the appropriate sales tax for each county in New York state on all orders shipped.

Backorders & Out Of Stock

If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to inform you.

Return Policy & Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.sportique.net simply return the product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase and we will credit your account for the full amount of the purchase less shipping. Shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are not refundable. Before you send your return, please contact us via email at  info@sportique.net or phone 718 225 0523 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
We recommend that you send your return via FedEx, DHL, UPS or insured Parcel Post to insure a quick and traceble delivery. If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, retain the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately via e-mail. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a department store, partnered retail store, spa or any other website may not be returned to www.SPORTIQUE.net. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through the above mentioned web sites, please return to the place of purchase for resolution.
